Billy Block IS Mr. Nashville. No bones about it. Mr. Block contacted me to create an old Hatch Show print look to promote his Tin Roof live concert series. We also created a logo for his promotional T-shirt series Sing Loud, Play Hard.

The Billy Block Show is second only to The Grand Ole Opry and Midnight Jamboree as Nashville’s longest running LIVE radio show and concert series. It has become the Ellis Island of Nashville welcoming newcomers of all musical genres from rock to rockabilly & blues to bluegrass. Block has become a Nashville icon with his shock of silver hair and ever-present smile, who is equal parts musician (Freddy Fender to Frank Black), broadcast personality (The Big 98 WSIX/CATV19), shameless self promoter (Mr. Nashville) and artist advocate.
